3. download the flt here
4. make sure u have torn denim short / bk (buy it in catalog shop)
5. 
6. open wpe target program (your browser if u use firefox plugin container)
7. load a filter

9. load the flt file password : pico-hack.blogspot.com

11. now check 1 filter n don't forget on it first

13.  now change your look
14. go to setting > change look but u don't need to change look your just save it
15.  
16. now done u in equipped your costume XD
